Small Groups

The long awaited Small Groups are about to begin at The Cross Baptist Church! Between now and Sunday, Oct. 11 you will have the opportunity to sign up for one group that will meet until December. This is a great way to get to get know each other by studying the Bible together.

Group 1 - College and Singles

Teachers: Matthew and Emily
Location: Student Village (Seminary)
Time: Sunday Nights 7:00 - 8:00 PM, Oct. 11 - Dec. 6

Group 2 - Spiritual Disciplines (i.e. Prayer, Worship, Giving, Serving)

Teachers: Lewis and Erica
Location: Richerson House and Namon and Amy's House (we will meet between the two homes)
Time: Wednesdays 7:00 - 8:00 PM, Oct. 14 - Dec. 16
Join Lewis and Erica as they look at the importance Spiritual Disciplines play in our relationship with Christ.

Group 3 - General

Teachers: Justin and Tera
Location: Their house 9212 Nightingale Dr
Time: Mondays 6:30 - 7:30 PM, Oct. 12 - Dec. 14
This group will discuss ways to apply the Sunday message and other relavent spiritual issues to everyday life.

 

You can sign up for your small group on Sunday, Oct. 4 and Oct. 11 or by e-mailing . I want to encourage each of you to join a small group as this will be a great opportunity for us to get to know one another and encourage each other in our relationship with Christ and His church. I look forward to seeing our entire church participate and growing together. If you are like Erica and me, we have small children but bring them along. We will have something for the children to enjoy at all of the small groups.
